• Availability, job preferences, clock-in/out data

•  Use of Phone Numbers and SMS Consent
  When you provide your phone number to Phoenix Staffing Solutions, either through our website, job application, or onboarding process, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your employment or contracting status. These messages may include scheduling updates, urgent shift alerts, reminders, or onboarding support. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of these messages at any time by replying STOP.

We only share information with:

• Partner facilities (bios/resumes)
   
• Our payroll processor (Stripe)
   
• Background check providers

By accessing this site or signing up with Phoenix Staffing Solutions, you agree to:

• Use the platform respectfully and professionally
   
• Not misrepresent credentials or availability
   
• Understand all contractors operate as independent contractors (1099) unless otherwise specified
   
• Not hold Phoenix Staffing liable for lost wages due to client cancellations, errors, or delays beyond our control

•  Text Message Communications
  By using our services, signing up through our website, or providing your phone number to Phoenix Staffing Solutions, you agree to receive SMS/text communications related to scheduling, shift confirmations, onboarding, emergencies, and time-sensitive updates. Phoenix Staffing Solutions will never share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. You may opt out of receiving messages by replying STOP at any time.
   

Violation of these terms may result in account deactivation.

All contractors of Phoenix Staffing Solutions are independent contractors (1099).

• You are not an employee. We do not withhold taxes or offer employee benefits.
   
• Payouts are processed after the facility pays Phoenix, typically within 24–72 hours of shift completion.
   
• We strive to pay contractors quickly via Stripe. However, we do not guarantee instant payout due to reliance on facility billing timelines.
   
• We reserve the right to withhold payment if fraudulent timekeeping or shift abandonment is detected.
   
• A Stripe fee may apply to instant payouts or card-linked transfers.
   

We understand emergencies happen. If you must cancel a shift:

• Notify us immediately via email or portal — at least 3 hours prior to the shift
   
• Failure to call off may result in removal from the Core Team 3™ or deactivation
   
• Frequent call-offs may affect future shift eligibility
   

Respecting the facility’s needs helps us all stay working.

Contractors who are selected to be on a facility’s Core Team 3™ agree to:

• Be present, punctual, and professional for all scheduled shifts
   
• Represent Phoenix Staffing Solutions with integrity
   
• Communicate any changes in availability promptly
   
• Understand that if the entire Core Team is booked, we may not have a backup — so honoring shifts matters
   

Phoenix Staffing Solutions does not guarantee shift volume, frequency, or income.

• Shifts are matched based on facility demand and contractor credentials
   
• Preference may be given to Core Team members or contractors with strong attendance records
   
• You are free to accept or decline shifts — there is no penalty unless it becomes a pattern that disrupts facility partnerships
   

By signing up with PSS, you agree to:

• Allow us to send your professional bio (including photo, licenses, experience) to facilities for consideration
   
• Maintain a professional image in submitted photos
   
• Update your bio promptly if credentials or availability change
