Yes. All CNAs and RNs must provide valid credentials. Support roles (housekeeping, transport, dietary aides) may require experience but not licensure.
Nope — you’re an independent contractor, which means you keep control of your schedule, shifts, and taxes.
You’ll be offered shift opportunities based on your availability and preferences. You choose which ones to accept. You’re never obligated to take a shift.
We offer weekly direct deposits. You must submit your signed timesheet before the weekly deadline to be paid on time.
Each facility may have different requirements. We’ll share this with you before your first shift, so you’re prepared.
Yes! You’ll be able to view open shift opportunities across multiple locations based on your profile.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if possible. No-call/no-shows can lead to removal from the platform.
Rates vary by location, role, and shift type. All rates will be disclosed upfront when you’re offered a shift.
Yes! Refer a licensed CNA or RN and receive a bonus once they complete their first week. Details available in your portal.
Yes. Being punctual and reliable is critical — especially for same-day or overnight shifts.
If you're consistent and facilities love you, yes — we’ll offer you the chance to be part of a Core Team 3™ rotation for preferred facilities, giving you steady opportunities.
