✅ We will send out email updates as we lock in new facilities, new states, and new shifts — so you always know where the action is.
✅ We will negotiate fair rates that make sense for BOTH you and the facility.

We're not sitting on our hands. We’re out here building relationships so you can build income.

  • Communicate if something changes
     
  • Be respectful and professional at all times
     
  • Represent Phoenix with pride — we’re building something different
     

🚫 What Will Get You Removed:

  • No-call/no-shows
     
  • Mid-shift walk-offs
     
  • Repeated lateness or unprofessional conduct
     
  • Complaints from facilities about attitude or behavior
     
  • Any action that risks our facility partnerships
     

We won’t “write you up” — we’ll just stop offering shifts.
This isn’t a game. This is a career. Handle your business.
 

🔐 Independent Contractor Disclaimer

Phoenix Staffing Solutions works with 1099 independent contractors, not W-2 employees.

You control your availability.
You choose when to work.
You are responsible for your own taxes.
And your performance determines your future with us.

We do not guarantee shifts, benefits, or employment.
We DO guarantee structure, honesty, and opportunity.

If you take care of the work — we’ll take care of you.
